Recently Completed Projects 2016
Our latest spotlight project features the replacement of fabric for two artistically aesthetic architectural shade structures at our local Fontana, CA park playground; a butterfly and a flower. The fabric panels were faded, damaged, worn, and missing. We replaced the fabric with PolyFab brand shadecloth. We were able to recapture the look & functionality of the original installation.

2013 AWARD WINNING PROJECTS BY WCPA (WESTERN CANVAS PRODUCT ASSOCIATION)
1st Place Booster Cover 1st Place Butterfly Enclosure 3rd Place Fixed Awning 2nd Place Arched Residential Canopy
1st Place Booster with our protective cover being transported.
Coming in at a massive 17 ' in diameter, this dome shaped cover had to be manufactured as a flat pattern but have the stencil of an arc dome. This task was complicated to complete. Having to be done in 12 section panels, the outline of the logo had to be preprinted and then painted in sections and was assembled at the end to create it's massive shape and curved arc. Without any tooling or the actual part to fit check, every section was done with the new innovations of technology and is a massive feat that we are proud to have accomplished.
1st Place Butterfly Enclosure
We manufactured and installed a mesh cover for an existing canopy 71’w x 36’ to house butterflies. The mesh fabric allows an appropriate amount of light into the house while sheltering from harsh weather condition.
3rd Place Fixed Awning
We manufactured and installed two traditional store front awnings (apx. 11’ W x 6’ P x 2’H) with 9’’ marquee that include 6’’ store names in gold.
2nd Place Arched Residential Canopy
We manufactured and installed a 12’3’’W x 9’9’’ H x 15’P arched canopy with an aluminum structure on Mr. Einertson’s backyard to extend outside living space where the sun was hitting directly.
